After having been discouraged by other realtors I truly felt like buying a home was an unachievable dream. When I first met with Tracy I was cautious about getting my hopes up again on home buying. Between the way homes were FLYING off the market and the prices climbing higher and higher I figured I would be in the same boat I was in before. But, thankfully, Tracy was different. When we first met we sat down and went over everything my husband and I wanted in a house. We went over must haves and must avoids, neighborhoods, and down payment/monthly payments. Right away Tracy helped me to find a lender and the process was quick and painless. Our deposit was within our budget and our monthly payment was exactly what we were looking for. When it came time to finding houses Tracy set it up to have a list of houses sent to me daily that met all of my needs. As they came in I would send her the ones that I was interested in and she would set up an appointment to see the homes. Tracy answered every question we had and advised on what to look for when being critical of houses. I really felt like Tracy was (is) on our team when it came to home buying. When we ended up bidding on a couple houses that we saw. Tracy was so great when she was guiding us on how much to bid on each house, and what to expect. When she called to let us know our bid had been accepted and Tracy sounded genuinely as happy as we were that we had found the perfect home. Overall Tracy made home buying an enjoyable process; she took the stress out of everything and was so incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. I feel so lucky to have her on our team.
