The laziest, unprofessional and uncommunicative company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Signed up for solar in February. It is September 12th and still no solar but getting two bills. One from pge, one from a finance company they chose that don't return calls. Their salesman lied through his teeth to get the sale of solar. All around DISASTER and the owner refuses to help me.

Safe Haven put on a new roof and then solar panel installation. Really good guys, they absolutely know their stuff, communicated with us and got the job done as contracted. We live in a known picky county and the project passed inspection immediately. Also hired them for some general construction work which we are pleased with their performance as well. I would absolutely recommend these guys over any big name, corporate type solar company. Services: Installation, Roof installation

I am an independent solar sales consultant who has had the privilege to work with Safe Haven on a number of projects here in Lake County, CA. Out of all the installers I can choose to work with, my favorite is Lee and the Safe Haven team. Why? Because:
1. I am always kept in the loop with the status of my jobs and am informed in a timely manner if there are any issues I might need to deal with. This allows me to provide superior service to my (our) customers because of their responsiveness
2. They go the extra mile to provide little touches where none is required. One homeowner had a wasp nest issue that wasn’t directly relevant to the solar work. Safe Haven took the opportunity to help because they could.
3. They take the opportunity to educate me on installation practices and procedures which is above and beyond the normal training I get from equipment manufacturers.
4. They clean up when they are done and leave the job site tidy.
5. They are also builders, so they can provide me with additional products and services not normally provided by solar installers
6. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and just fun to do business with.
