When I had to replace my water heater I was looking for 3 things - someone who will answer all my questions and help me make an informed decision, offer reasonable cost, and do the work reliably while being flexible with the appointment time.
Steve aced all of it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me decide between a tank vs tankless heater. His cost was reasonable. The work done well done and everything was setup to code standards. He was also very flexible and worked around my schedule.
Losing water heater in the middle of the winter is really a crisis scenario and he helped me get running hot water as quickly as he possibly could.
I would certainly recommend Steve's The Plumbing Pros to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. You will be happy choosing Steve. I certainly was!
