They were very fast and efficient. They were COVID safe, wearing masks the whole time and were respectful of social distancing. Great team also you can’t beat the prices. They tried to turn down my tip which I refused because they did great work.

They are carpet wizards! The repairs they did worked like magic! We had a lot of severe carpet tears from the fact that our rabbits had been digging and chewing the carpet under the couch for a very long time without us realizing it, as it's very difficult to see anything under the couch. Bunnies had torn up the carpet and padding so badly that the *cement* underneath was showing! And the Carpet Masters team repaired the holes so well that it looked like nothing had ever happened! I was amazed because I thought that the holes in our carpet were too severe to be able to repair and thought we would need a full replacement. But they saved us from having to replace the carpet and charged much less than any of the other companies I had contacted. Furthermore, it's great to support a local business during the quarantine period, when many businesses cannot operate and residents struggle to get the services they need. I highly recommend Carpet Masters for your carpet fixing needs!

My sister’s been calling upon the Carpet Masters for over 5 years, and I just started to use their services as well. They were there when they said they would be, and really gave out sofas, rug and carpet a couple more years of life. Super happy! Super job, thanks guys!!!!
