stay away from this place!! waste of time and money. the old guy and his son need more knowledge in this business seriously! and better customer service on understanding the person just lost a family member and all we want is to get the best stone we want. i left a copy of everything i wanted in the stone and they got everything wrong and tried blaming it on me and the third party company they assume to work for! there isnt no third party company that works with them they just lie and want to mess everything up for u so u could pay more. just save your time and money dont come here u will regret it trust me

When my mom died, I paid for everything except for the headstone as my sister asked me to leave it for her to do it she wanted to contribute to something.   But unfortunately,  it wasn't done and I had to do it myself.  My mom is buried in Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills and I live in San Diego.   It's difficult to drive back and forth several times to deal with designs, payments,  dealing with Forest lawn and finalizing.   Especially during the Covid shut down,  it was impossible to get Forest Lawn to respond regarding my dilemma. So I called Angel's Memorials  and spoke to Alberto.   He was very understanding and helpful.   He sent me an email of the designs, fonts and settings.   I designed from the available design options and emailed him the final design.   He then gave me the final design completed on their computer and gave me the rate.  I paid half via Venmo and when it was complete about 8 weeks later, he had me sign papers for Forest Lawn.  I paid the remaining amount via Venmo and it would be affixed within few weeks.  Knowing that I lived away, Alberto took a photo of the grave with the plaque on it.  The final result was beautiful and I felt relieved that my mom's grave was completed and will be easy to find when we visit.Not once did I feel taken advantage of by Alberto.   He was very helpful,  understanding and very patient with me.   If you're debating on a reliable company to use for this sad situation,  this is the best company.   They make a painful and difficult situation easy and convenient. Thanks a million to Alberto!  You're the best!

The absolute best and most unique creations I have ever seen. He created my fathers memorial which included 6-7 photos of our father. I could only trust Angels Memorial to do this. Amazing work and craftsmanship.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with they act like they're doing favors no return calls no replies to emails nothing the worst company ever I finally got fed up with this jerk thank God I found a great place in California that delivers costs less great phone support 100 times better. I was referred from the cemetery I will let them know never to refer this jerk off. Oh, he's so busy they are 2 years behind no freaking wonder cause he is a moron totally disrespectful piece of crap. Please do yourself right contact me for a much better company.

Alberto with Angel Memorials was incredibly responsive and helpful. I gave them exactly what we needed and had lots of information on their site as to what they offer. Prices are competitive with others in the area and best part is they interact with the cemetery directly, which is often the hardest part. Highly recommend for getting your memorials done with little hassle
