On my way out of town with my trailer when noticed warning light came on regards to wiring. I went to them directly and they checked it out on the spot. All seemed fine but I will take back in when I get back. Seems intermittent. Very happy with service.

I came to this place referred by REI.... Left my car for hitch installation ... & was told that car would  be ready around 4 o'clock ish .... I made multiple calle since 3 o'clock to find out whether my car was ready and finally they answered the call 4:49 pm... and basically they were saying I'm supposed to be there at 4:00 and they said they have to leave at 5:00.... I asked them to wait about 10 more minutes after 5 pm since I was away 15 min away.... They told me flat out they can't wait and all they can do is leave my car out in the street unlocked with my car key inside & they r not ganna be responsible whatever happen to my car.... This is the actually what happened  to me and type of service and treatment I received from this business...
