I had a HORRIBLE experience at this office and will NEVER go back again! When Dr. Wong numbed me to remove crowns that were installed wrong he shoved the needle in the back of my jaw REALLY HARD. When I asked him why did he do that he just said I give these shots all the time. I'm 53 and have had a lot of dental work done to my mouth and I've NEVER experienced this. When I had to return for another tooth, that already had a root canal on it, he gave me a shot in the upper part of my mouth. Once again, he SHOVED the needle in my gums and it was so painful I started SCREAMING and CRYIN and lifted up out of the seat. When he was done I got out of the chair and didn't want ANYONE to touch me. I was very angry and then was having complications breathing and swallowing. This has NEVER happened to me anywhere else and I feel like he did this to me on purpose. I've had shots in my upper mouth several times before and it has NEVER made me scream at the top of my lungs and make me cry. I HATE this place and will NEVER go back! The Livermore office put in 3 crowns and had to be removed the next day because they were installed wrong. I went to the Modesto office and Dr Wong put 2 in wrong and they had to be removed and done again. The middle crown was done over 3 times. Now I'm scared to have any more dental work done and have anxiety just thinking about it.
