I called for an 85 year old disabled lady whose air conditioning had gone out. Bret was here in probably less than hour. He and his helper had the the unit torn apart part replaced and the unit throughly cleaned in 30 minutes. It runs great and is cooling down the house. He gave her a preferred customer and senior discount. I highly recommend him. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C filter replacement

This guy is a joke... Came for a service call and took a look at unit and literally ran out door and said he wasn't doing anything. Looser!!!!!

If you are a landlord never call this man.. I called Brett Turner Saturday 6/25/22 to repair a unit at one of my rentals. I made him aware that I was out of town but my daughter lived across from the tenants and she would pay him for his service, I asked him to call her and let her know what is was going to cost and she would take care of it! Not only did he not do that but threatened my tenants that he was going to leave if they didnt pay so they paid him mind you they have a baby and two children living in the home and its been 100/102 all week ! No problem i reimburse the tenants but thats not all the AC continues to throw out hot air my tenants called to let me know I asked her to call him (Brett) back and let him know so she did, to which he told her he would come back the next day to look at it! But then later on in the evening he called my tenant refusing to come back because apparently I the landlord called him yelling at him and he doesnt work with people who act that way. I never called him I left that to the tenant to do that ! He lied! Why would someone who supposed to be professional and claim to be a man of God?? I called him was very Calm with him asking if he could come back today and finish the repairs which he then refused to do so! I had to call a profesional AC service to come and finish the job he couldnt finish! God bless you Mr. Turner Im praying that God helps you control that anger you are bursting out ! Now he claims he called me I have no missed calls from him or neither does my daughter Kelly ! Why do you continue to lie! Man up to your errors ! My tenant said your professionalism was very poor you were yelling and screaming at your helper! Theres issues there you really need to pray on! Thank you for the lesson learned here ! I should had read your reviews first! And yes! You can refund me my money back! If you have to take your part back please do so! REFUND PLEASE thank you Mels heat and cooling for finishing the incomplete job that Bret Turner was unable to finish! Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC
