My grandfather has been stood up by this company 3 time with in a week. My grandfather waits for the ride outside in the cold around 6:30 am and did not show up i ended up calling all she could tell me the driver is running late he ends up showing up 3 hrs later then today he was out there in the cold ar 6:30 am and yet again no show around 8:30 i call again and the girl tells me the same driver is running late he will be there. Then i get a call later the driver postponed dialysis for my grandfather for 11:45. He said for sure he will be there to pick him up at 11:10 the latest 11:15 well time comes and its 11:30 and still no show i have to call again and the same excuse the driver is running late at this point im annoyed and tell the girl it is very important that my grandfather get his dialysis it is vital for him and she says i understand i will let the driver know she tells me the driver is on his way he will be there in 15 minutes well he showed up little past 12 so unacceptable.

Experienced one of their careless drivers cut off a full lane of traffic.

I work at one of the centers they go to and the driver is rude, loud, curses, and left a patient in the car by himself for 15 minutes while he cleaned the outside of the vehicle. All that happened after he was already an hr late and had him ( the patient) sit inside for another 10 minutes in the lobby. They are always late and if they dont feel like taking a patient they will leave them and come back an hr or two later. Have no respect for the clinic employees and use their time to flirt and be on the phone while driving. Some blast rap when pulling up. Have stickers all over their vehicle like you would a personal car, wear sandals etc. The list can go on and on.
