The Paseos at Montclair North

Does anyone ever answer the phones? I've called both numbers on the website for the past month. The phone rings, sounds like someone picks up and then the phone disconnects. I've sent an email and received a response that someone will return my call, and that hasn't happened yet. Has anyone else had issues with The Paseos NOT approving a tenant in a shared apartment, but "verbally" allowing that person to stay even though there is a clause in their agreement that states "anyone living in the apartment greater than 20 days, must sign a lease and be approved or the lease is invalid"?

Thank you to Joshua and Mark for being great leasing people for me! I have been here for 3 years and they have always taken care of me. I went to the event they threw at the pool today and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to the paseos for welcoming me and making me feel apart of the family.
