Moorpark Carpet Cleaning

We had a condo with just a few areas that needed a good cleaning. We got same day service and a good rate. Filthy traffic lanes removed and the carpets look nice. The tile grout was also filthy so I paid for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area to be steam cleaned as well. I was happy to get them on short notice. Thank you.

Traffic areas were very dirty. Also stains and spots from grease and oil. Everything is gone now, amazing. I like the soap free process using treated water. Pet friendly and nice people in general to do business with. Thanks for doing a good job.

I should've written this review months ago... These guys were awesome! They came out and cleaned my carpets on Valentines Day! He was very kind and quoted me the price I saw online before he even saw my home. They were on time, and even helped us move our furniture out of the way. He saw that my carpets needed some heavy duty work, but I couldn't afford it, so he did some extra stuff for free to help get all the big stains out! How awesome and sweet is that?! They were very friendly, and got the job done efficiently. My carpet has never looked SO good! 4 months later and my carpet still looks great! I can't believe they got all the nasty stains out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Nice, friendly and very professional service that we got from MCC, The company said the he will be around 9am to 10am and he was on time, he did an estimate of the carpet and he was very honest about whats needed and not, so we ended up just the basic cleaning, other cleaning service will tell you to add this and that but it wasn't necessary, so he said that just basic cleaning will do, talking about world class service. oh boy! My carpet looks like new! We definitely Hire him again to do our carpet cleaning :) happy camper

So, my husband and I have hired many different carpet cleaning companies since we moved to California. Seems they always tell you it will cost one price on the phone, then they come over and tell you that price is only if they don't use chemicals. If you want them to actually clean the carpet, not just get it wet, then you have to pay WAY more money....and God forbid you have steps. We have a fairly small amount of carpet in our home and 12 steps and we have been charged a ridiculous amount of money by other companies to clean the carpet. 9 times out of 10, it isn't clean. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! They were on time, they called before they arrived, they got out all of the stains in the carpet, they didn't rip us off and we are now recommending them to everyone. YOU SHOULD HIRE THEM!!! They are honest. Brett did a great job and was very professional on the phone. I strongly recommend Moorpark Carpet Cleaning.
