I was quite worried at first. The kiosk was inside a local 7-11 store and the associates there told me they offer no help if I have a problem. They said theres an 800 number you can call if you have trouble. A friend at work told me its pretty easy and I watched a video online first. When I did it, it worked fine to my surprise. I only copied 1 key but made 3 copies of the key. The keys work. I believe I created an account because I put a password in. So my scanned key is now saved on the system. Great! Im a satisfied customer. I also called the 800 number 2 days later about the third key bring free. The customer rep was professional and helpful. Seems like a great service. I guess all this self-serv type stuff is the trend. Anywaythank you and Ill use it again. LJV

Best place in Moraga to copy keys. I have had two chip based car keys made here. Much cheaper than the dealership. I have also used their Locksmith to change the locks at my house. Same day service and reasonably priced. Thank you!
