Overall, it was pretty good. The whale-watching experience was fantastic; the crew was friendly, check-in was smooth, and there was plenty of space with excellent viewing platforms for everyone. Parking wasn't as difficult to find as expected; there were actually quite a few free parking spots available. The only thing I found lacking was that the guide's reminders about whale sightings weren't always timely; I ended up having to rely more on my own observations. It's a bit disappointing that we didn't get to see any orcas this time, but overall, it was a good experience.

Sat at the harbor for over an hour waiting, only to be told the tour was canceled.

We apologize for the inconvenience that the last minute cancellation caused you and your group due to a mechanical issue that was discovered after you and the other passengers were there at the harbor already checked in. The safety of our passengers always come first similar to an airline having to switch planes due to a mechanical issue after passengers have already boarded. We would like to try to make it up to you for the inconvenience if you and your group would like to come back for another tour complimentary on us. Let us know if that works for you and our sincere apologies again!

Our reservation got canceled at 5 pm the day before, citing insufficient bookings. With just one day in the area, the last-minute notice left us unable to make alternative plans. I anticipate at least a 24-hour cancellation notification, particularly for low turnout reasons. Not impressed, buyers beware.
