        I placed an order at 12:20 and got my order after 40min due to there were no ready chicken meat. I dont get it, its a fast food place??? They must have the chain cycle figured?! The worst part is a customer who placed order after me got their order but mine was postponed for no reason. They told me they were out of thighs and cooking them. But the customer who order after me got their order of thighs instead of me. Very poor management, poor organizing. 1st they said 15min and after 20min they said another 15min

        Terrible attention, they do not have good customer service. We ordered online to pick up at the Restaurant, they sent us the time to pick up the order and it was not ready. They made us wait in the restaurant for 45 more minutes. terrible service. The poorly prepared biscuit looked more like normal bread.

        This might be the worst KFC I've ever been to. Chicken was soggy and flavorless biscuits were like hockey pucks. The mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. I remember KFC being a lot better.
