The Wine Country Family Law & Bankruptcy Team is absolutely amazing and I will always recommend anyone who needs support and guidance in filling any type of bankruptcy to use this office. I found their pricing to be more than fair for the amount of service they provided. I would have paid twice the amount for their service and still felt I was getting amazing support that's worth every penny! They are very experienced and efficient as well as extremely patient. Maybe too patient with me at times due to my unrelenting work schedules and computer/internet technical issues consistently delaying me in getting needed paperwork to them on a regular basis. However, they never gave up on me and always found work around's so we could get everything filed on time. Lindsay, Alysha and Nichole are positive, joyful, focused, extremely hard working and always prepared me for what the next steps would be. Doing this threw COVID also created even more issues for me but thanks to their incredibly simple and efficient online systems I was able to get them everything they needed without having to leave my office. At the same time I always had access to a back office where I could see what files I had given them as well as correspondents for what they needed next or copies of changes that were made. Even all my education classes were done on line and were registered threw Wine Country Family Law. I was so well held and prepared for the entire process that when my day in court arrived I was not only ready but was confident everything was going to be OK. It ended up being better than OK. It launched the beginning of my own personal financial restart that will allow me to rebuild my financial future just in time!!! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU Wince Country Family Law!!! Filing bankruptcy is one of the most stressful situations I have been through, thus far in life. That being said, Attorney Lindsay Torgerson takes pride in her job and she was completely transparent, throughout my journey. Lindsay and staff are very knowledgeable and educate you, every step of the way. I felt safe with Wine County Family Law and Bankrupty and I knew, that they were working dilegently, to make sure, they were providing me with the best care and service. Filing bankrupcty is a very serious matter and you want to make sure, you are working with people who care and are providing you with the best options for your personal case. I was lucky, that my case went in a positive direction and that was all due to Lindsay and her staff. I personally, owe them more than they will ever know. They never gave up on me, even on the days that I was less than cooperative:P They stuck by my side through the very end, even when I felt like giving up.
