Great massage! Can't wait to get back. Offi e is a little hard to find just look for the 2A on the door or look for the chiropractor sign . She's in the same office!

I had to call BBB, and evetyone else who had a similar experience ( which sounds like quite a few from other reviews) should do the same. Natalie is a thief. My mom got me a gift certificate which I can't use because of the odd hours of "natalies massage'. My mom asked for the money back at which time natalies said she didn't know how to credit the card back so she would write a check. It took DAYS just to get Natalie to answer the phone, and now 2 weeks later, still no return of the money and we are being ghosted by Natalie. I had to block my number to get her to answer the phone a week ago at which time she also told me that she would return the money. She still hasn't and it's impossible to reach her. She does not return phone calls. Also she tried to claim that she has a cancellation policy, which SHE DOES NOT! I only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Do not trust this person. She is extremely shady! UPDATE:1/10/24 CC did an investigation into Natalies business dealings with us and returned the money that Natalie tried to steal. Be careful about giving her any money up front!

In a nutshell, I was given a gift certificate from my mom. Natalie was almost impossible to reach and her hours of operation are ridiculous. When I asked her to return the money on the 1 occasion that I actually got her on the phone, she tried to say the sale never went through. Once I presented her with proof that it did, she said she didnt know how to reimburse the cc so sent a check. when two weeks went by and the check never came, she then said she reimbursed the card, except she kept half and said there is a 50% refund policy for canceling. I never even got started so I don't know how she is justifying this. I have been arguing with her for a month and was never told of this policy. In my opinion Natalie is a thief. I would be very cautious about purchasing a massage here.
