am so pleased with this company and the job they did when replacing the roof on my older home in Vista. Seamless transaction. Promply gave me an estimate and followed through with on time arrivals, work ethic and excellent results. Day after they left I noticed a small chip in a piece of the original facia. Made a call and they sent out a team the next day (not the following week) and replaced the entire facia piece plus paint at no additional cost even though piece was not part of original work contract. Carlos bid was right in the middle of the six different quotes I received to replace the roof on our new home. He was persistent without being pushy, and ultimately what he offered was in line with our needs; he even included two new vents in our garage roof when I mentioned that we would be converting it into a bedroom a few years down the road. His team was efficient and worked quickly but carefully; they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. Carlos even sent one of his workmen back to install a screen over an open eave to ensure pests didnt get into our roof. His communication throughout the job was consistent and pleasant. Ascent Roofing has been a pleasure to work with, everyone was professional, understanding, and patient. I couldnt decide on the color, when would be the best time to get the work, should I get the work done. Through it all I felt no pressure and I am thoroughly and completely satisfied with the result. I was thinking about changing the color of the house but now I love the color, and how it blends with the roof. My house was originally built in 1950's, 1000ft home with a detached garage. Through the years additions were made to change the garage to a family room, an open breezeway became an enclosed room. These additions resulted in several types of roofing, the original roof, and torched down material. I asked if a slope could be added to the flat roof so water wouldnt pool when it rained it would roll off. I did not expect to have them rebuild my flat roof, now my roof is sturdier and better than it was before. Most of all my roof is visually appealing and I have no doubt that the roof will last another 60 years. I stand across the street JUST to look at how beautiful my house has become. The workers arrived on time each day and when they cleaned up my yard, it was spotless. I am so happy that Ascent Roofing replaced my roof, it was money well spent and worth every penny.
