This appears to be the new home for the Burger Barn. We stopped at the old Burger Barn location while on a road trip, saw it was closed, and then decided to hunt for options in New Cuyama. The deli has a Burger Barn sign on it now, and the menu inside indicates that it is the Burger Barn. I had a jalapeño burger that was very tasty. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it was surprisingly good. I don't drive by New Cuyama often, but when I do I will make a point of trying to stop in for a burger and shake.

We always stop off here on the way to and from Bakersfield. Huge store and so many choices for road trip snacks. The store is clean and kept neat, employees and owners are helpful and kind.

We had avocado 🥑 hamburgers, let me tell you it was the Best hamburger I have had in a long time. Fresh and made to order. Don't forget the fries! They are good 👍too.
