    Please don't got to T-Mobile, I always was with the low cost carriers on a month to month plan never had any problems. For some reason I came to T-Mobile now I'm paying double and stuck for 2 years had my phone stolen now I'm paying on 2 phones I was 10 months away from my 2 years now I'm back at 2 years until I can leave , or pay 500 so I can leave without any more bills . PLEASE stay with the month to month carriers there is now difference in service , I promise

    I came to the store and asked if I can do some adjustments and Lucia asked what was that ... I asked what... she said adjustments. I couldn't believe it.... I informed her adjustment - make changes to my account... she said oh no not here and told me to call T-mobile.... employee carol turn around and apologized and said she can assist me... carol was amazing for her she would've got 5... but Lucia made my review a 1 while I was there she attempted to refused 2 more customer that came in but Carol and Alley would stop the customer from leaving.. it's really not fair for Carol or Alley... Lucia was on her personal phone the entire time I was there....

    I came here 3 times because I had issues with a phone I have on my plan. I was helped by a young man, and a big girl who often fakes an ugly smile. I noticed the big girl is highly unprofessional and has a big mouth. First time I went there she wore a tank top that completely showed her breasts, she didn't have a uniform, she had a zip up sweater but she didn't cover up. The reason I'm writing this is because this last time I went she gave a little old man a hard time. She didn't even want to help him, she kept making faces at the poor man and her coworker the young man was laughing at it. This is so rude. Why are these unprofessional people still working here. They don't even know what they're doing. Every time someone brings up an issue they have, those two workers always say they don't know how to fix it or we have to call T-Mobile.

    The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't know what they're doing what products they have or when they will come in. I miss Sprint a lot in fact, I may be changing to another service provider
