The All City Adjusting team are all pros and never take no for an answer. We originally received a low reimbursement quote from my insurance company and they went back and appealed it adding an extra zero to my original claim. They were persistent and handled everything while I was out of town, from meeting the adjuster to taking care of all the paperwork for an appeal after the damages of a tree knocking down my deck and damaging my roof. Can't thank this team enough for their efforts and diligence. Appreciate you guys!

Andy and his team Adrian, Ashlee, Will and more at All City are simply the best!! Please understand, Insurance companies will fight to save every dollar once you file a claim. You need someone that will fight for you & All City will do just that. Ive dealt with public adjusters in the past and have been throughly disappointed, but All City Adjusters came through for me in ways I never imagined. SIMPLY A 5 STAR CLASS ACT

Working with Mr. Martino made a really difficult time easier to endure. Hes quite knowledgeable and he has a great personality; which is refreshing, especially while dealing with the trauma and anxiety that comes with the confusion one goes through after suffering a total loss of ones home and possessions. For what its worth I appreciate the kind of understanding and care a professional of Mr. Martino caliber, which he demonstrated while assisting me because his demeanor put me in a better state of mind. This allowed me to be able to continue to work in my own professional capacity. Thank you.

Andy and the team at AllCity Adjusting are by far the best in the business! I've used other public adjusters in the past, and I'm frankly disappointed that I didn't find Andy and his team sooner. They are extremely communicative, and if you've just experienced a loss, just having someone tell you "we got this, don't worry about a thing" is one of the most comforting anyone can do for you.
On top of their phenomenal communication skills, they're also second to none at the actual adjustment of the loss and going to bat for you against the insurance company. Andy and his team really saved my behind because the insurance company wanted to pay me significantly less than what the repair work cost, and the team at AllCity was able to get me what I deserved.
Don't go up against big insurance companies alone...big in the professionals at AllCity.

By the time you reach out to a public adjuster, youve tried everything else. From our personal experience, we will now always reach out to Andy, Ashlee and the All City team *FIRST*. Flood loss in early March and the insurance company did nothing but make things worse in an already disastrous situation. After months of being ghosted, we hired All City with nowhere else to turn. This team is the best there is at breaking down the stonewall that insurance companies are known for. An absolute dream to work with and bulldogs on your behalf, just stop looking at reviews. This one matters. This team will do what it takes to get you put right. Do it. Theyre excellent.
