Simple Real Estate came as a Facebook pop-up for me and I am really glad that I immediately signed up for an appointment. That led to me meeting a wonderful person and a smart realtor - Konstantin.
I am thankful I had him as my realtor, especially being a first time home buyer. He really went above and beyond by spending several hours over phone explaining a lot of things that a first-time home buyer would have. We bought a new construction home, so dealing with the sales team, construction team was not easy. He constantly kept up-to date on the construction progress to ensure they met their committed timelines, reviewed all documentation for us, went to title company ahead of us to read thru the documentation - just to name a few. These really make him an extraordinary realtor.

Konstantin was great to work with overall. He helped my wife and me buy our first house in 2015 during a time where most homes were going for $70k to $100k over asking price with multiple offers, whereas he struck a deal only $15k over asking which saved us a lot of money. Konstantin is extremely responsive via text, email, or over the phone and he does a great job of explaining each step of the way which mad is feel that much more confident in making such a large expenditure. I highly recommend Simple Real Estate!

I am thankful I had Konstantin as my realtor. Based on my previous experience I had with realtors, he really went above and beyond by spending several hours in the day viewing homes with me, and gave his honest opinion on the pros and cons he noticed in each house when I asked. When not around he almost always picked up the phone when I called or was quick to call me back and answer any questions or concerns I had. I also found him helpful in selling my own house. He even bought cookies to offer to viewers when we held our open house and made sure our home looked beautiful for viewers. He was a great negotiator in both selling our house and buying our new home. I find him to be a very warm,friendly, and inviting person. Thanks Konstantin for making the transition from selling our old house and buying our new one quick and stress free. We love our new home!
