        Had an issue with my HP plotter, making awful sounds. Lorenzo came by my office to diagnosed the issue. He did a thorough check of the plotter and addressed to me other issues the plotter had. He inspected and cleaned many parts of the plotter to fix what needed to be done. Very happy with the service, very nice gentlemen, and in the future if I have any other issues with my plotter, I'll be contacting them again.

        The response time from Conejo Copier is awesome! Lorenzo is quick, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. He remembers more about my printers and equipment than I do. He appears much quicker than I think possible, and it's always a pleasant conversation as he goes about fixing my issues. Great toner prices too.

        These guys at Conejo Copier Service are absolutely head and shoulders above their competition. I just had a problem with my copier (it would not print at all) and they walked me through a total reset of the machine over the phone which got the 'old beast' going again. On top of that, they refused to charge me anthing for this 'service'. You just don't find that kind of 'goodness' around much anymore, at least in these days!!!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
