In 1994, we bought a used house. When the dishwasher started acting up, a friend suggested that we call Mark Carlson. We did, and we've been calling Mark for appliance repairs and replacement ever since. He's knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and charges a fair price.

Avoid using businesses like this who cant give you an estimate for what they are apparently doing for living. I got an out the door price from a local competitor for the same exact job they cannot price over the phone. This business just quoted me an outrageous service fee. Avoid!

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer pair recently. The experience was stress free. Delivery and installation was part of the package. Mr. Carlson even came to the house the day of writing the purchase contract to measure the laundry space to be certain the new slightly larger appliances would fit and be easily accessible by me. The pair are now professionally installed and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. And if any problems should arise, I'm sure that a call to Carlson All Appliance is all that will be needed.

*** AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE *** Mark is the owner & Jeff is his receptionist. They're several weeks into a simple repair and still no closer to getting my newer appliance back up and running. I'm told when the parts arrive it will be "likely" a week for them to get me on schedule for the install. I must wait 1 week after the parts arrive? Why am I not expedited to the top of the appointment scheduling? Mind you I'm located 10 minutes from their office. Looking on YouTube shows the installation takes less than 30 minutes for the average Joe. I should have listened to my gut and on my first call with Jeff, hung up and called another company. Their policy is that Mark makes all the decisions and is not available for calls when he's not physically present in the office, which is never. Jeff (good cop) takes your inquiry and informs you he will get back to you the following day upon talking to Mark (bad cop). The following day, if your blessed enough to receive a call back, if you have any more questions...guess what? Jeff will forward them to Mark and get back to you the following day.Scroll on the internet for appliance repairs companies located in or around Conejo Valley. Anyone you find will be far superior to Carlson.

We have a dishwasher that was leaking soaking under our sink and under the dishwasher. We could smell the mold. Pulled out the dishwasher to clean the mold and dry out the wood in those places. The following Monday (holiday weekend) our landlord called to get a repair. We are told they won't touch it because we uninstalled it to clean the mold and dry the space. I have major health issues with mold exposure so we can't let a problem like that sit for a week before we can get a repair. Absolutely shameful treatment of regular customers (my landlord owns several rentals so is a regular customer). Others need to know this is how business is done by them. I do NOT recommend this repair company due to not considering circumstances of each case. Mold is dangerous and sound not be allowed to harbor in a home while waiting on a repair person to come take a look.
