      image Ignores basic requests for information, basic policy/ renewal questions, adding services policies - at least 10 emails and phone calls were ignored  over the last 2 years. Not worth the small savings. Going with another provider who is more responsive and appreciates my business, which is now over $7,000 a year in combined policies.
