        Adam at the Thousand Oaks, CA store on Thousand Oaks Blvd. needs training on customer service!! I've already voiced my concerns with Spectrum over the phone regarding his treatment of me, but if he doesn't know how to deal with customers that might be dissatisfied with the service they are receiving, he shouldn't be in customer service!! With what happened to me today at this location, I'm not surprised the store is shutting down on 26Jan2024 - if I could I would give 0 stars!!

        The staff are not informed about the products they are selling, and some are very rude! Cameron, specifically, is a very impolite person that didnt know the Apple Watch he was selling me actually had an oxygen sensor and he didnt even bother to check before selling it to us! Very unprofessional!!
