I love their jeans but the review is more for their return practices, which are a complete joke. If there is any chance you may want to return your jeans buy them in store, DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I basically replenished my jeans wardrobe at the holidays and the store was out of stock in a lot of the items I wanted. I ordered multiple jeans online but decided to return a few pairs and took them to the store for the transaction. This is the only retailer I have been to that doesn't let you return online purchases in store unless you're fine with receiving a store credit instead of getting your money back...even with a receipt. I wanted my money back so they fedex'd the items to their warehouse for me, which was free. Based on my tracking info the jeans were shipped on 12/31 and arrived on 1/4. I called customer service today because I still haven't received my refund and was told that based on their processing practices my refund will be received at the end of January!!! More specifically, I'll be refunded on 1/26 or 1/27 for roughly $500 worth of merchandise that was technically returned to the store on 12/31. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous, there's absolutely no reason why the process should take that long. You really should be refunding me for the merchandise and the credit card interest I'm going to be charged, but I'm guessing that won't happen.
