        Can't do 0 stars. Since they started building a house next to mine on Balboa Island my family have had flat tires. I believe it is 5 so far and I just got a text that another nail in the tire has happened. That's 6! We called to discuss this and were yelled at and told that they would do nothing about this. Very rude and very unprofessional. I can only imagine how careless they are in the construction of the home only to sell it for 9 million. Sad, sad, sad. Looking into legal options to get reimbursed for all the flat tires. UPDATE: Can't believe anyone would give this guy anything more than 1 star.

        One of the most disruptive contractors to come into any neighborhood. Does not work with the residents that are next to or near their construction projects. It is NOT the workers, it is the Van Cleve Construction owner/manager. Neighbors of mine have called and been verbally attacked by Van Cleve.
