Hi name is Gary and I’m a retired software entrepreneur and author. With the help of my wife Lindy, the love of my life and partner in everything, we designed and built our custom 15000 plus Square Foot dream home in Southern California about 5 years ago. Our home is extremely modern and unique - sitting on over 13 panoramic ocean view acres in Orange County California. In early April 2020 our home was hit with heavy wind driven rains for 5 days straight which is very unusual for Southern California. During the rains we were horrified to notice several areas of our home had significant amounts of water dripping through our ceilings and coming in through our closed windows and doors. We were running around like crazy people gathering buckets, towels, and mops trying to stop the water from further damaging our home. We notified our insurance carrier immediately. As soon as the rains abated they sent in a property restoration company to remove several areas of drywall, wood, and insulation and dry out our tile floors. The insurance company also sent out an insurance adjuster to go over our claim. They told us how sorry they felt for us and offered us just over thirty thousands dollars to use towards our repairs. While their mitigation teams were drying out our home they caused further damage to our floors with their large machines which further chipped and cracked our limestone tiles. Not knowing what to do since this was our first home claim ever we decided to hire a Public Adjustor to fight for us and make sure that we would be sufficiently renumerated by our insurance carrier in order to properly repair our home and bring it back to the state it was in before the rains. My wife spent a full day searching online for PAs in our area. After several interviews with different companies, the individual and the company that we both felt most comfortable with was Hratch Ghazarian owner of Allied Public Adjustors. Hratch came to our home immediately and walked the entire property with us, inspecting all the damage from the wind driven rains. He told us that although he couldn’t make any guarantees he felt that we had an excellent case against our carrier based on his expertise. Allied brought several experts into our home over and over again and everything was paid for by Allied, we didn’t have to pay for anything. The experts identified all of our issues, took hundreds of photos, calculated moisture readings, and wrote extensive reports. While the entire process took almost 1 year to complete, we were thrilled with the ultimate results which was a far cry from our insurance company’s initial offer. While we are not allowed to disclose the details of our claim – the amount we received was more than 50 times our insurance provider’s original offer. Without Allied it never would have happened! We can’t say enough nice things about Hratch and his entire team. They were professional through the entire process and made us feel like a part of their family. Being an entrepreneur for almost my entire life, there is nothing more important to me than customer satisfaction because without happy customers you don’t have a business. Allied is a great company with great people. Hopefully you never have to go through the nightmare that we had to endure but if you do then hopefully you’re lucky enough to have Allied in your corner fighting for you and what is right!

Allied team helped me in a very timely manner to get the most insurance money possible. We got enough funds to take care of all the damages. I am not a building construction expert and honestly did not know fixing damages could be more than 500K+. We got lucky just because we called Allied Public Adjusters. My experience with my insurance company felt like an endless, frustrating maze. There were no return phone calls, no acknowledgement of emails and when I finally did reach someone, each person I talked to would tell me something different. Their strategy was to tire use out. Fortunately a friend suggested to contact Hratch Ghazarian with Allied public insurance adjuster. He came out and took a look at the damage and educated my wife and I on what to expect and how insurance companies operate. Then, he brought his army of expert. He and his team were always prompt and responsive and I know I ended up getting a larger settlement than I would have on my own ( Let me parenthesize much , much more) . But the best part was I didn't have to deal with that aggravating insurance company offering 8k to close the case.
