      image My stay at this hotel recently was disappointing. I love the renaissance hotel in fact I downloaded the Marriot app, and became a member. My recent stay here was horrible. The staff was extremely rude (receptionist). She made an inappropriate comment about my hair. I became extremely uncomfortable. I informed the staff of my experience via survey. I received a response but when I replied to the email 3 times no one got back to me . I had plan on staying here again and the supervisor reassured me of a discount per, my next stay, but of course a response was not given.
