Roy™s Newport Beach Fashion Island

Went there on Christmas, after calling and confirming that they are open and can serve food at the Bar. On arrival the Manager Tania was extremely rude. She told us that they will not serve us food, and intimated that I was lying about my phone conversation. I don't care how good the food is, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will contact her superiors to let them know. As for me I will never set foot there again. There are too many good restaurants with great staff and service.

Roy's is an excellent upscale casual dining experience that features a California Hawaiian Fusion from what I understand and fresh seafood is prepared by there Chef Roy orate mean designed by Chef Roy and repaired explicitly by their staff at each location and the one at this place is no exception to having the same flesh quality food you would expect at any of the others although being Fashion Island I think this one is probably one of the best.
