Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The nicest Lulu Ive been too! Great selection and a range of sizes for both men and women. Only complaint would be that the staff were not friendly and gave of snooty vibes

Im used to great customer service at Lululemon. Ive never been to this location. I was very disappointed. I came in to exchange some joggers for a different size. I had gotten them overseas and had the receipt. They would not let me exchange them for a different size. I asked if they could just return them without a receipt so I could exchange them but they refused. They said maybe another store would do it but they wouldnt. Pretty ridiculous that I cant exchange for a different size. If the UPC is different in another country, then print a duplicate ticket, attach it, and return it without a receipt. Its simple. The service at the location was overall subpar. People just didnt seem to want to help when I was walking around or trying on clothes. Most (not all) employees out on the floor and in the dressing room were standing around chatting and not paying attention to customers. Its the first time Ive experienced this at a Lulu.

I had received months of great service from this retail location. I came in multiple times to receive hemming services for my clothing as I found that my joggers and pants would get damaged during normal use. Recently I had a perfectly sized pair of pants that tore near the fly section in the washing machine and when I brought them in to be hemmed I was informed that there was a manufacturer defect and that I qualified for a quality guarantee (something similarly named). I was in a rush and wasn't expected to trade in a perfectly fitting pair of pants, so I walked out of the store with pants one size up and in a different color. I greatly regret that decision. The store attendant did offer me to order the correct color and size but that it would take a week, as I was in a hurry I decided against that. I hadn't worn the pair I picked up instead very much and got very busy with life, and wanted to go back to the store to see if I could trade it in again as I had made a mistake. I also had another pair that had quality issues. I was greeted at the door and asked if I could be helped. To which I tried to explain my issue, and the store attendant looked at me and said nothing could be done. The attendant didn't bother to ask management, and looked at me dismissively and told me "It's as if you came back to the store because you "Bought the wrong color"". I really love this brand and the aesthetics and comfort of the clothing, and I really loved how they took ownership of any possible quality defects (Within reason) and other problems in the lifetime ownership of the clothing. That makes me happy to pay for their products. But this customer service interaction was so dismal I got so upset I walked out of the store and threw both problem sets of pants in the trash. It was such a breach of good faith. I wish the staff made a greater effort to accommodate me because I was a good faith customer and a happy one, and I get this quality issue which is no fault of my own and now its costed me 3 more hours of my time (Over the past three months) and 200$ worth of pants. So I hope no one else gets that experience.
