      • ANALOG FOOL

        Honestly I’m not sure what to say - I want to change my insurance but I’m busy right now. I always have to call my agent and he always seems annoyed to hear from me. He did not let me know when the price increased I had to find out through the mail. When I asked why he never explained it - I didn’t claim anything all year ...? I’m still confused

        Im been with preferred insurance inc, for the last 10 years never had problem or issues with the staff, always friendly and helpful with the service they provided. They make you feel like you are one more member of the family and also take theirs time to explained everything about it. I highly recommend them . Thank you for the excellent customer service.
