DO NOT GO THERE!! They scammed me! I went to get my 2 front rotors and brake pads fixed in November 2023, got there and everything was explained being my first time, by the time I swiped my card to pay I was charged $690.26 then I said I wasnt interested and will come back later when I can. I was told Ill get a refund back between 2-5 business days, but after 7 business days I got nothing and called my bank to fix it, which they did. Now February 2024 my bank recharges me the full amount saying they (Meineke Foothill Oakland) sent the bank proof that the service was completed, mind you they never touch my car to fix anything! I call them (Meineke Foothill Oakland) and they asked for my name and phone number then proceeded to tell me that they dont see anything on my account. I later went there in person to address the issue, you would expect that they at least have a record of the card being charged, but no nothing, and now my bank says there is nothing they can do. Im being charged for a service I never received!!
Could not write a new review, so Im writing an update.
If you know whats good for you, do not enlist the service. At this point, this is FRAUD!
4 months down the line, and my complaint has not been attended to! The bank eventually sent me the proof they sent. Can you imagine that they sent a copy of an actual merchant copy recipe and an invoice!! Of something they never did, didnt even touch my car!! Went back to the shop and they still insisted they didnt have a record of any service, I had to show them the proof the bank sent. Hopefully they fix this ASAP, else theyll be hearing from my lawyer.

The biggest scammer guys that I seen all my life, the Wrote in their sign, free inspection. They charge me for Shucks Inspection $200 and the manager said inspection is free for engine and brakes and ask him so why you didnt tell me that you guys will charge me $200 for shucks inspection and they have no choice because he already did an inspection and I gave them the money I will never go in this place again
