AT&T

Last may 9,2020, I went to pay my AT&T uverse bill. Marcus was there to helped me. When he saw my bill is high, he talked about the AT&T TV and he said my bill will be lower and he insisted that I will get AT&T TV. I purchased two AT&T TV device and I told him that I dont know how to connect the device to my TV, he asked one of his co-worker to show me but I cannot understand his coworker. Marcus showed me what to do . When I reached home I tried to connect the AT&T Tv device to my Tv but theres no connection from my tv. I went back to the store where I purchased the two AT&T tv device and Marcus was there by himself I even woke him up because he was sleeping next to the cash register. I told him that Im going to return the devices because there is no connection to my tv. He got the two devices and gave me the receipt that I returned the device. June 7 , I received an email that AT&T took $120.00 for not returning the devices. I called AT&T and told them that I returned the two devices the same day that I purchased. The customer service told me that they never received the two devices thats why they took $120.00 from my bank account. Following day june 8 I went to the store where I got the two devices and Marcus was there moving out. I told him that I got an email that they never received the two devices and took $120.00 from my bank account. Marcus, was very rude he dont want to talked to me. I told him that I m going to call the customer service tell them that I returned the devices the same day. Marcus just ignore me while I was talking to the customer service. Until now I never receive a refund of my $120.00 . This is the worst experience from the AT&T salesman. In the future I will cancel my AT&T service because of the worst services that I got.
