FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Waste of time! The parking is very slim for this location. Went in to use their "self service" printing and the copier did not even give the option to print my receipt, so I had to wait 15 min just to get the one clerk to print it for me in a matter of seconds. Then the clerk thanked me for my patience like it was out of the kindness of my heart. There were 2 clerks at first, then he sent the other away as the line got longer. How long would it have taken with 2 clerks to get through the line?? A lot shorter time than 1...

This place has a guy who refers to women as "my dear." He is condescending and doesn't do a good enough job to merit his bad attitude, horrible demeanor, and all around poor customer service. Some of us need a print shop to do baseline things -- the fact that you're the only place I can do certain things in my city doesn't mean you're some wizard that can talk down to people. Get with the program, dude.

ZERO STARS FOR JAMES & LOCATION This review is for the moron named James and managing staff who created their own protocol which entails REFUSING to release a package you paid for in your name with all needed info unless you have mail stating your name & address it was originally sent to. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, especially if you are newly moved and don't yet have any documentation with the new address. Cant believe how incredibly stupid and helpful this idiot is. Thanks for hijacking my package

It’s more than just bad customer service, They are disrespectful . Eric Chan was ready to go home at 5.10 Pm So, he decided to start yelling at me for his lack of knowledge to help me ship something international. He made a rude comment to his coworker as she was leaving as well. I ended up leaving without being able to ship what I needed to after 30 minutes of him trying to figure out how to do it, which by the way I think he just didn’t want to do it.
