I never right reviews on dentist offices but when it comes to messing up two to three times. I am. I have been going here for years. This dentist office has been slipping. The past three years I've been coming in for cleanings to keep up on my dental work and they decided that would focus only on one side of my face. All of a sudden when my teeth started hurting on both sides they said oh it's my fault that it's hurting. I asked how when I've been coming every 4 months for a cleaning and a check up to make sure everything is okay. I pay for my cleanings out of pocket. Now they are pulling teeth left and right and then referring me to oral surgeon dentists because of course my anxiety is high but they for some reason can't remember doing my cleanings. This dentist off is going down the drains. It's time to find a new one. Do not come here unless you want one side of your face to be focused on. Every time you turn one of the techs are saying let's do a crown or let's find some way to make more money. This dental office is pretty much not it.

Love the staff, love Dr. Dare! They always make everything so easy. Doctor Dare is never preachy and the staff is so friendly. I just had a bridge put in and Maria (front desk) watched my 3 year old while I had it put in. If that isn't above and beyond then I don't know what is.

An excellent Dentist! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, experienced and caring dentistry, Dr. Dare and his staff are there for you. They are a group of professionals who work very well together to ensure you the best possible dentistry and options for dental health care.He can do it all, from cavities and extractions, to cosmetics if that is what you seek, as well as bridges and implants, all without the "high rent" overhead that drives others to over-diagnose and substitute unnecessary or expensive extras. And he will be up front with you, even when it means doing the work for an honest and much more affordable price than others. He even gives discounts to people who do not have insurance. He and his staff treat clients with respect, gentleness, and genuine skill. I am so grateful to have found such a reliable dentist in Oakley!

If this is the dental office located in the rite aid parking lot: I had a bad experience when I was 15. I had a pocket behind my last tooth that would ooze and puss yellow stinky fluid. I had it for 3 years at that point. Someone told me to go to this dentist. The doctor I had was super late and spent only a couple minutes with me, he gave me a syringe and said to quirt mouthwash back there and that there was nothing he could do. Then another year went by and I decided to go to Pristine Dental in Oakley and explained my situation and he took one look and said he could smell it the second he pushed on my gum the puss oozed out. Luckily Pristine dental used a laser and burned off the extra gum tissue causing the problem. I finally at 17 felt comfortable talking to people. This dentist at Oakley Dental did nothing but make me feel hopeless.
