    VERY Unreliable!! This company came to look at my air conditioner. They spent 8 minutes figuring out our problem. They charged me $120 for this service call with the intention of part of that amount to be applied to the repair. They said the parts would take 10 days. The warehouse that they ordered parts from moved so the parts didn't get here when they said which was not their fault but then I could not get them to contact me back. This went on for a month! In a heat wave! Because of being on an extremely limited budget I was unable to hire another company for a month! Not only did the new company not charge to find the problem, but also found out it was only part of the problem that Ferreria was saying it was but also the parts were under warranty! A $1500 repair went to zero! They were able to get the parts from the exact Warehouse as it is the only one in the area with these parts in 6 days!! The new company I used said that Ferreria was known to do this! It is unfortunate that companies like this try to get over on people! Since they were unable to finish the job, I would have been completely happy with a partial refund of the money that was supposed to go towards repair since they did absolutely no work for me but they refused.     Lenny Ferreira was fast, very competent, helpful and detailed.  The work was done to a high professional standard and he answered all questions very thoroughly and with obvious expertise.  His pricing was reasonable and exactly what I had expected.  Highly recommend.

    The tech came up for the estimate. Explained couple of choices for future installation. Provided couple different estimates for all of those choices. Sounded too good to be true. We agreed to proceed with estimate and date for installation was set. The tech never showed up for the date for installation. The tech never returned or answered phone calls. After multiple voice mails we were able to reach out to the tech and he said he could not order one part and was waiting for it. After that we never heard from the tech. If you dont want to do the job just say so. Do not set up date for installation and do no show no call. Very unprofessional
