Our experience with Cal West Home Inspection was excellent. Ken was extremely through and professional in performing our inspection, he allowing plenty to explain his findings at the end and answered all of our questions and concerns. He then followed that same night with the complete and detailed report. Which allowed us to review the items we wanted to cover. The entire experience was very positive and very helpful to put our minds at ease feeling like we truly knew the condition of the home before we closed escrow. My wife and I felt like we had a trusted advisor when we met Ken and highly recommend him when you need a home inspection!

I don't normally write reviews but Ken deserves to be acknowledged for his great work. He was very professional and extremely thorough when he inspected a townhome in Huntington Beach that I was going to buy. He was available, reasonably priced, and inspected the place like he was buying it. His explanations and breakdown of the report were very helpful and informative. I will recommend him to friends and family and would definitely hire him again.

Ken Knipe was very professional and hospitable! This was my first home buying experience and he explained everything in the inspection report clearly and answered all questions I had in kind, constructive manner. I would definitely use this company again! :)
