We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've faced, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement.We understand that the consistent issues with our steam room and showers have been frustrating.To address your concerns:Steam Room Maintenance: We apologize for the downtime of our steam room. Our maintenance team recently resolved the issue and our steam rooms are fully operational again.Shower Pressure and Hot Water: We are aware of the challenges you've faced with low shower pressure and lack of hot water in some showers. Our maintenance team has replaced several shower heads this week to help resolve the issues. Please know, that low water pressure and temperature tend to be affected most during peak usage as most of the showers are being used during the same time.We genuinely value your feedback, and your disappointment is understandable.
