They were so unresponsive that I had to get corporate involved. Ontario tried to give it a bandaid fix by giving me a 3rd party warranty (without consulting me). I received paperwork in the mail completely unannounced with zero explanation. Fast forward an entire month, and I tried to use this third party warranty they provided me with and I come to find out it's also invalid. They filed the paperwork incorrectly AGAIN. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is inexcusable. To make matters worse, I have tried contacting them over five times the last few days and they refuse to return my calls or emails. Do not buy a car from this dealer.

K was our salesman and he helped us really well. We got our 2018 new family car and happy with our payments.

Took my car into their service center since I bought it with a scratch. Herbert was kind enough to set up a no cost repair for me. They mentioned to bring in the car when I needed my first oil change so I did. Called and spoke with Janet to make an appointment who then set me up with spencer. He said drop it off Monday and get it back thursday. Okay cool. So I wait until Thursday to call and check to see if its ready. I had already asked for my day off from work to pick up the car. He said it still needed some work and wouldnt be done til friday which was very frustrating since I get off too late to make it on time and I had to pull some strings to get that day off.. Okay, so i call again and get Deja vu when told it will be ready Saturday. Call Saturday and Janet says I have to go on Monday @4pm. 3rd time I was rescheduled. By Now i already have the image that communication isnt the strongest within the team. So i get there on monday and spencer had no clue where my car was at 4pm. I had to wait u til 7pm to receive my car. When i received it, there was an even bigger scratch than when i first took it . To top it off he said "sorry we couldn't get the oil change done. Service dept. Closes at 7pm." I would suggest you guys take caution and document everything before taking it in for service at this location.
