At first did not have a positive interaction with the company due to a former employee promising and delivering a final product that was not built and designed how we asked for. After discussion with the owner he agreed to fix the stairs that we ordered and made them exactly how we wanted. The product and quality are great, and they went out of their way to make us happy. They were very understanding and did the work for us I with a very quick turn-around.  Definitely recommend them for stair work, just be sure to make sure to document and discuss exactly what you want so they can make it happen!

We hired this company to remodel our home in Huntington Beach. I DO NOT recommend this company. At first it was moving along nicely, the stairs came out good. We continued to hire them for additional work. They sold us on their ability to do custom kitchens. The craftsmanship was not done to a quality standard. Celso did not even walk the job to see the bad craftsmanship of our kitchen that we spent a lot of money on. They sent one of their new guys to do follow up on all of the crooked drawers. They had to remake sections of our kitchen 3x and it was still not right. They installed hardware completely crooked. We have yet to hear from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

We are just completing a home remodel project with Gibin Remodeling and this has been the BEST experience. We spent years planning, saving, and preparing for this project (and interviewing many shady companies). The hardest part was finding a company that we felt we could trust. We took a leap of faith with Celso and his team because their cabinetry and stair work looked so professional. They have delivered and been AMAZING to work with. They have paid attention to the details and they have transformed our home into something that we know will bring our family comfort and joy. Celso has been so attentive and helpful through all of the steps that are required to make this project come together. His team is friendly and they care for my home like it is their own. Celso's entire crew are fantastic humans but Valentin has especially been helpful. I would highly recommend Gibin Custom Stairs and Millwork to any family or friend.

Highly recommend, very professional and reliable. Celso always kept us in the loop with a schedule and made sure it happened. Never had to search for them or even call. They got the job done as promised and work was high caliber, very happy with new stairs
