I had heard information about Smile Direct Club but I had never really considered doing something like this because I am very old school and I prefer the face to face contact to ask as many questions that I may have. Melinda was absolutely great! She was very informative, pressure free and so kind! I felt like she was truly invested in my journey. She is located in the Ontario office! I have absolutely no complaints! I’m excited to get started!

Worst experience ever. I got through the first round and my teeth still needing correcting. Smile Direct was going to send me another round, which I never received. When I called for status the rep was the rudest person and scolded me on the phone for not calling sooner when I had not gotten them, even though the offices had told me it would take a long time because their demand was so high. He eventually agreed to ship me a replacement set of aligners. I called three weeks later and the order was never placed. I am now on the phone with Smile Direct placing another order, and have to wait another 2-3 weeks. Not sure where this is going to end up...we will see.

This place was amazing! They got me in and out in 30 min, it’s perfect for people who work full time & go to school! They’re super helpful and nice Jessica made it a great experience for me. Definitely recommend!
