Weve been taking our dog to Shannon and her staff for years! She recognized a condition our little Dashound had at six months old. The prognosis wasnt all that great but with Shannons help and skill as a vet our little dog is still going good. And that was eleven and a half years ago! Not bad for a condition that kills a dog within two years!

My first trip to this vet, with my cat, went well. My second trip, with my dog, did not. The doctor was rude to me and talked down to me. Then I requested the a copy of the record of my dog's visit, in person. I was told by the receptionist/secretary that I needed to fill out a form, the doctor needed to approve and sign the form, and it would take 5 days. They could have pulled my dogs file on the spot, copied 3 pages, and it would have all been good. The receptionist/secretary talked to my like I was a child. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I do not recommend you take any animal to this vet.  They charge WAY more than other vets.  They charge a fee plus $2 per page to get your pets records, but you may have trouble getting them at all.  In my experience with this vet, Dr. Sullivan, I found her to be quite rude, insensitive, and extremely self-righteous.  Did not feel good when she talked down to me.  Dr. Sullivan, you obviously read all of your reviews.  (I have too).  Notice that well over half of your reviewers gave you one star and find you to be rude.   Do you really think all of us are wrong about this?  Kindness wins over meanness.  I for one, hope that you figure this out.

This place is a amazing little veterinarian office way out in the hills, the staff is so friendly and show so much love to all the critters. I brought all 3 of my fur babies here and they got the best care and so much love. Shannon is the only veterinarian in this office and out in this area and she and her team do a awesome job at what they do. The office is kept very clean and staff all look very professional, they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Prices are reasonable considering they are the only vet out on this mountain. I highly recommend country corners for all your little critters that need care.
