With 359 single family residences, Suncrest Country Club is an exclusive Palm Desert, California 55+ manufactured home community. Located along Monterey and Country Club Drive with a Gated Entrance, the amenities include 3 heated Swimming pools and in ground Spas; Pickleball and Tennis Courts; A Clubhouse with a Billiards room; Men's and Women's Locker rooms with Dry Saunas and Showers; and an Expansive Clubhouse featuring a Dining room, Bar and Cafe. Suncrest is privately owned and presently managed by J & H Asset Property Management Inc. Each Resident owns their home but leases the space where it is located and, in an effort, to create a mutually beneficial relationship, Suncrest Country Club Residents' Association was established. Through this website, or Facebook, Google Business Page, Pinterest and other social media, the mission is to build a strong sense of community; maintain and raise property values; and ensure all activities and amenities are of the highest quality.
