The most horrifying discovery ever, BED BUGS. I immediately began making the calls and writing the notes to figure to out who is best to use. The prices were insane, and the general reviews for the other pest control companies were iffy at best. As a former HOA manager, I've dealt with all of them, with varying results and never consistent good ones. A lot of attempts to speak to someone directly were futile as mostly we got voicemails. Then we found Pestology. Lee, the owner answered right away. He didn't need to charge me $75+ to come evaluate what I have. He assessed for free. He explained he would do THREE separate treatments, each a week apart. And his price was better than anyone else...and they only do ONE treatment. Wow. Another plus was Lee has been in the business for over 15yrs and started his own pest control business, Pestology, a couple of years ago. AWESOME, a local owned small business to support. We gave him our business, he was communicative, prompt, professional, kind and informative. He made what could've been a nightmare relatively easy, compared to the horror stories I've heard. It was a lot of work for us initially, but worth it. 3 treatments later and we haven't had one issue. If we do, we know his work is guaranteed for 90 days. Plenty of time to know if any of those little jerks were missed and we need another treatment. So far so good though and we are all SO glad we took a chance on Pestology. The price, the service and the results were well worth it. Pestology is now our go to pest service. Service: Bed bugs
