these people used be good and reliable, but now its the worst and most unreliable customer service anyone can expect. please don't waste your time with these guys. i will not do business or recommend anyone to this firm period.

I must agree with the other reviewers. This company does not get back to you after multiple calls and emails.  I would not work with this company and be wary, if they are treating customers this way when they don't even have your business. Can you imagine how hard it would be to communicate with them once they have your cash?Go with another survey company, as I cannot believe how bad they are at customer service.

Two reports from them and both reports cant be used. We have to restart it all with other vendors. We have to go to small claim and its a shame.

At service couldn't ask for a better survey crew
