I have recently received service from Green Home Solutions to mitigate mold found in my home. It felt painful to me when we first discovered mold and found out that it would be costly. However, when I saw the extend of the work Green Home Solutions performed and how hard the guys worked for a span of a week, I thought my money was well worth it! Green Home Solutions guys were smart and thorough. They identified a couple of spots that were low probability for mold, instead of opening all the walls which could be extremely costly, they took mold samples and tested instead to validate their theory. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. I think I got good value and great service. Finding black mold in our home was frightening, especially with two children. I contacted Green Home Solutions. They removed the bathroom and all the mold. They were extremely professional. They finished the project on time and on budget. Recently, we had an air quality problem in one room of our home. I again contacted Green Home Solutions. After having a terrible experience with our insurance company to deal with water damage, we ended up getting mold, due to the amount of time it took them to respond. With this huge headache the last thing I wanted to do was now deal with mold. I called a friend who recommended Green Home Solutions, and wow, what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with them. Greenhomes Solutions understands a customer's need for efficient and urgent problem solving. It was the first time for us to deal with extensive water damage and mold remediation effort, and we were concerned about the toxicity and amount of mold in the living spaces.
We had been referred to Eitan, with high recommendations, for watwe damage, mold remediation and consulting on best practices to protect ourselves from the affected areas. All throughout the process, Eitan graciously made himself accessible for us to ask any questions pertaining to the work (even over the weekend) on precautions and what to expect. They demonstrate care and concern for the home owners and inform you on best practices.
