I work closely with Ro, she is a delight to work with! Currently they're becoming more technological, so that's always amazing to work with. I really l like that Westview is i in the process of going paperless.
Overall, I would say the number one reason to Work with Westview is their customer service, and them always being on time. Everyone from the receptionist to management are very professional and very easy to talk to.
10/10 would recommend!

I Represented the buyer side of my transaction. Very hesitant to write this review (because I never write negative reviews) but after my experience I felt it was necessary. After closing escrow Roanne became nasty with me and gave me attitude when collecting our closing documents and commission check. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt after the first day, maybe she was having a bad day. I followed up and she continued with her nasty attitude. I dont understand how this can be acceptable to the company. We paid for a service to be performed not for the attitude and inconvenience we received from her. I will never do business here again and if you are considering using them as your escrow, please be WARNED!

I am an Escrow Officer and have been in the business for over 20 years. In my job, we work with other escrow companies all the time to coordinate concurrent transactions for mutual clients. I have seen some really bad EO's along the way but I have never felt compelled to leave a review, we are all supposed to work together towards the same goal. Until I had to deal with Maria at Westview Escrow. This is by far one of the worst experiences for me, as a peer of hers, and our clients. I think her time in the industry has jaded her and I am disappointed that there are people in this industry who are so unprofessional and inappropriate. I can only pray that she sees the error of her ways.
