We really don't know how we could've gone through this entire ordeal with the passing of our son Jake. Jake's delivery date was July 11th, 2018. The day we went in, the hospital told my wife and I that Jake was healthy enough and to reschedule though we told the doctor on duty that my wife had a bad headache, a fever, and pre-eclampsia. Jake was 40 weeks and full term. They still turned us away and told us that everything would be fine and to reschedule with our primary when he's available. Our primary doctor was not available that day due to him having to attend to an emergency procedure. Early July 13th, my wife was telling me that she hadn't felt Jake move in a while. The doctors induced my wife for labor and Jake was born around 12:02 am, on July 15th. Jake was the absolute most beautiful baby boy we had ever seen! However, he had passed away on the 13th. We were so lost. I have never felt such deep pain and a sense of helplessness. We contacted Shari and Natural Grace Funerals. Shari is the absolute most caring and loving person. She and her staff literally took care of everything for us in terms of what to do next. We will forever and truly be grateful for everything that Shari has done for us. She was more family to us than some of our own family members at the time of our loss. Thank you so much Shari and Tawny for everything you guys have done for us! You went so out of your way to help us and guide us in our time of need. A true Godsend. God bless you and everything that you're doing to help people in their time of need!

Shari was so compassionate, patient, respectful and helpful throughout our family's process of grieving while handling her funeral service. The service itself was unique and so lovely. Shari communicated every step of the way and was so sensitive to each person's needs and interests. I feel so fortunate to have found Natural Grace Funerals and Shari and if the need ever arises, I would immediately call her for her services again.
