UPDATE: This urgent care has changed ownership and the difference is disappointing. The service is not nearly as friendly as before. I called them asking what time they take the last patient and they told me 7:30pm. I arrived exactly at 7:30pm and they turned me away saying that the physician wouldn't take my son because testing for strep would take more than 30 minutes. I will no longer go to this urgent care. Luckily, we drove 2 min away as there is a new Exer Urgent Care on the hill and were seen immediately. The staff was very friendly, thorough and we felt welcomed!

they require patients to wear masks but do not provide any masks....don't really understand this concept. had to go elsewhere for my emergency

Always relied on this urgent care until today. Leaving two stars only because this urgent care historically has provided great healthcare. This negative review pertains to the rude receptionist working on 10/24. Today was my last day at this urgent care thanks to the rude receptionist working today. Highly recommend just to skip this UC and go to Exer in pen center. It's less than .5 miles away and the office staff are much nicer. The receptionist today was ridiculously rude on the phone and in person. The receptionist rudely told me to wait in my car for a COVID test before I could walk into the clinic. After 40 minutes of waiting in my car, I drove off and went to Exer and was treated immediately. I am pretty easy going and I am sure most would go farther than just writing a Yelp review for the way I was treated. When you come into an UC sick, the last thing you need to deal with is rude staff that clearly don't need to be working there.
